It is a small independent single-storey house comprising a double bedroom (140cm bed, recent mattress) bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room (wifi, home cinema, TV) with open fitted kitchen: combined microwave oven, 2 induction hobs. Complete renovation in early 2024. Tiled floor.
Terrace, deck chairs, garden table and chairs. On one side, bucolic view of the vegetable garden and the small henhouse and on the other, garden with small pond filled with frogs and fish.
